According to an e-mail from CeaseFirePA. On Tuesday, March 18, the State House Judiciary Committee will be considering 5 firearms related bills. Among them HB 921, which would eliminate the background check system, and HB 2011 which would punish communities for enacting local laws.
CeaseFirePA urges advocates for gun safety to call or write your legislator and urge them to oppose both of these bills.
